Update: Supported Software Versions Across StackX Releases (Debian)
Published on January 5, 2024 in Managed services
Hello everyone, we have created a new page listing the different versions of PHP, MySQL, and MariaDB supported across the different versions of StackX.
More software and versions will soon be added to the table. This page is now part of the site menu and will be updated throughout the lifecycle of StackX to provide clearer visibility into the different combinations available for your needs.
Please note, however, that MariaDB 10.3 is no longer supported through MariaDB’s official repositories. Continued support is made possible by the version originally shipped with Debian Buster.
Finally, unlike MySQL and MariaDB, for which only one version is supported per instance, multiple applications / sites using different PHP versions (5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3) can naturally coexist on the same server.
