The Referral Partner model is intended for companies capable of identifying a real need for a client or prospect without wanting to handle technical presales, delivery, billing, or the operational relationship.
Principle
The partner introduces a qualified opportunity. ScalarX handles presales, contracting, billing, delivery, and the client relationship. The partner receives a recurring monthly commission on eligible monthly revenue actually collected by ScalarX, for as long as the client pays.

- Partners capable of issuing an invoice.
- Companies that want to recommend ScalarX without handling operations.
- It is not a resale agreement.
- It is not a delegation of delivery.
- It does not provide an automatic commission on setup, audit, migration, or engineering.

No. Opportunities already known to or already under discussion with ScalarX are excluded from the standard Referral framework.

No. The commission applies to eligible monthly revenue actually collected by ScalarX.
Are one-off services commissioned?
Not automatically. Setup, audit, migration, or engineering services may be covered by specific agreements without being part of the standard schedule.
